For Marinating purpose: In a bowl put the raw chicken pieces and add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste and, now mix them well. Next, you need to refrigerate this for 15 to 20 minutes. After this add curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, Kasuri methi, garam Masala, and oil. Mix it well and again do refrigerate it for 1 hour. After this roast the refrigerated chicken in the oven for 30 minutes.

Preparation of the gravy for Butter Chicken Recipe: Take a pan, add 2 spoons of oil and butter to it. Now add all the Indian spices such as cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and mace. Saute it well and add chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Mix it well and grind it.
